Ways leaders win people heart

 


Start with yourself.

If you want to win people start wining yourself before you can be able to win others. Focus to win yourself.

·         You can’t be happy without you been healthy: emotional health is the center of wining people

·         You can’t give what you don’t have: you can’t enjoy other without you enjoying yourself. Winners are valuable. When you secure who you are then you become a winner. Been a winner has not nothing to do with your salary, performer it has to do with your value.

Way to know who you are:

·         Recognize your value: Many times we are drop because of what happen to us, the challenges that came to us, the rejection by other people but no matter what happen to us we never lose our value as human being.

·         Accept your value: accept your value by identify who you really are.

·         Increase your value:  Increase your value today by reading new books, listening great people, solve many problem because as you are solving problem to people you are increasing you value to the society.

·         Believe your value: believe that you have great thing to offer to the society. Believe you can live and make great change to this generation. Believe that God created you special and you have special ideas to bring revolution in the whole world.

Practices the 30 second rules:

Say something to encourage someone that you meet. People need good words that will fire them to do extraordinary. Search what to say to make people feel good and look great. When somebody praises you, your energy goes up. Let your present cause others to think good, dream big, and for them to see new vision. Motivate people around you because everybody needs motivation.

Let people know that you need them:

Leaders are great when they realize that they are the one that need people. Let people know that you can’t win without them. Let people know that you can achieve more success without t hem. Let people know that for you to success you need their help. You can’t achieve greatness alone. You need people for you to win more. It’s a sign of security when you need people.

Create memory and visit it often:

Don’t wait for something to happen in your life or your organization, create some time to happen at the right time you want. Set aside time for you to make things to happen. Find away to make something to happen. Show that something happen and talk about what happen.

Compliment people in front of other people:

To strengthen people you need to give them compliment in the front of other people. When you compliment people in the front of other people it make them feel great and it make them give much of their ability to dream more in other to add value to the organization.

Give others a reputation to uphold:

In the book of Genesis God Himself change people name for them to live for the promise to fulfill in their life. God change the name of Abram to Abraham, God change Sarai to Sarah for them to have a covenant child. God change Jacob to Israel because of passionate prayer. You can also learn to give people a nickname because of their sacrifice and their performer in your organization. Learn to give new name to your best worker because reputation gives people more ability to focus and to achieve more

Say the right word at the right time:

The right words at the right time encourage someone. It’s bring joy and peace to someone, it’s give someone the strength to overcome and the right words at the right time librates someone.

Learn how to say the right words at the right time and when you are saying it you must:

ü  Be sensitive with the time and the words.

ü  Pay attention by what you are saying.

ü  Say it from your heart.

Look for opportunity to encourage someone, change someone by the right words at the right time

Encourage the dream of others

A wrong word can crash down somebody dream, wrong attitude can kill people dreams; wrong people can also be dream killer. Also know that right word can make people to dream, good people cause people to dream, right attitude enlarge people dream and right action stir up people dreams. Decide not to be a dream killer but be a dream releaser.

If you want to help people on their dreams you must:

Ø  Ask people to share their dreams to you

Ø  A firm the person and his dream

Ø  Ask about the challenges they will overcome

Ø  Offer your assistance

Ø  Revisit their dream and see what they are doing.

Ø  Determine to be a dream buster not a dream killer

Start encouraging others today because when you encourage someone that person will share his dream to you and you will help him. When you help other to achieve their dreams God will send someone that will help you on your dreams.

Pass the credit on to others.

Learn how to celebrate people and give them the credit of their performer. Put your focus on people not on yourself at this time. Value their performer. When you are giving a credit someone say it in the front of other people and you can also put it in print.

Offer your very best.

Give your best to other people.

Share a secrete with someone

Give your valuable information to someone that you trust. Sharing your secrete make people more important to you. Sharing a secrete you also include people into your success.

Give people the benefit of doubt. Believe in the best of others.
